Are there any shipment costs?

LUSCHE offers free shipment on all orders over 100USD and to all countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the EU or in the French overseas territories, may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

LUSCHE is not associated with these charges and cannot predict the value of the charge. We advise our customers to contact the local customs office in the delivery country for further information.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

NL, BE, AT, IE. RO: 3-5 working days

FR, EL: 4-6 working days

ES, PT, PL, DK, CRO: 5-7 working days

USA: 2-4 working days

UK: 2-4 working days

Other NON-EU: 2-7 working days

Upon dispatch from the LUSCHE warehouse you will automatically receive tracking information, which will indicate an estimated delivery time for your parcel. We do not keep any stock at our offices and the warehouse of our fulfilment partner is not accessible to customers.
